The information required to place an order is as follows:
- Exact billing company name and address,
- If you are a private individual conducting business activities or a company, your TAX NUMBER, which should be provided in the comments field of our webshop,
- Exact delivery name and address (if different from the billing address),
- Name of the person placing the order (contact person),
- Contact details of the person placing the order (phone number, fax number, email address),
- If cash on delivery is not suitable for you, please indicate in the comments field of our webshop that you would like to pay by bank transfer in advance,
- Name(s) of the pest species for which you would like to order traps,
- Type of trap (if the species can be captured using multiple trap types),
- Quantity to be ordered.
Without the above information, we are unable to accept the order. Please take special care when providing the billing name and address, as these details cannot be modified after the invoice has been issued.
We will always send a confirmation message upon successful receipt of electronically submitted orders. Only confirmed orders are considered valid. Processing of received orders begins immediately after receipt. For products in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. If a product is not currently in stock, the delivery time may differ. If the fulfilment of an order is delayed or prevented for any reason, we will contact you without delay by phone, email, or fax to discuss the next steps. We will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible; however, in the event of a delivery delay or the complete failure to fulfil an order due to reasons beyond our control, our institute shall not be liable for any compensation.
When planning your annual order, we recommend checking the date shown next to each species in our product catalogue, as this indicates the recommended ordering time. If you order your traps at the recommended time, you can be sure to install them on time and achieve successful pest monitoring.
Please make sure to provide your phone number and/or email address in your contact details so that we can reach you immediately if any issue arises during the processing of your order. Please provide a phone number where our staff can contact you during working hours.

Liability and Warranty
Our institute shall not be liable for damages resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to damages arising from:
- the use of the website or any malfunction thereof,
- the alteration of data by any third party,
- delays in the transmission of information,
- computer viruses,
- software errors, internet network failures, other technical failures, or line and system errors.
By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the general terms and conditions of purchase.
